Public parking spaces are available around our property. Our apartment is located in a paid parking zone. Free parking is available here only Mo-Fr from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking garages very close by.

Wonderful

The apartment's location near the central train station was fantastic, with easy access by foot or one metro stop away. Nearby metro station and grocery stores added to the convenience. Detailed instructions made finding the apartment and settling in a breeze. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including thorough information on essential living details and a well-equipped kitchen. The availability of coffee, tea, and sugar upon arrival was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities and communication from the host. Highly recommended!

We were not entirely satisfied with the bedding, and we believe it's time for a replacement.

After a few days in this apartment, I did the decision to prolong in the end for five days more. It’s not too many places where you can feel like at home feel that “warm” To be honest, I’m here after two years . Disappointment will stay in my memories and priority number one where to stay when I will clme back

The room is extremely comfortable, has kitchen utensils and tableware, and a washing machine. It's great and highly recommended.

I loved it and would absolutely come back.

Location was amazing after a really long train ride, super easy to check in without needing to talk to anyone, and the bed was INCREDIBLE. Such a cute space with a lovely kitchen and lounge area. All in all i just loved it.

Only 2 things that bothered me was, as a lone female traveller, the door lock was just one of those ones you twist but it unlocks if you go to open the door. So, whilst it was fine, it did play on my mind a bit. A deadbolt would be great. And the shower, whilst really clean and great pressure seemed to have some drainage issues and would flood the bathroom within a couple of minutes.

Very nice apartments, near train station. Little bit hard to find cheap parking but hosts trying to help with everything.

Great and very practical apartment, the neighborhood is relatively uninteresting

The apartment is very practical. The bathroom facilities are excellent and we loved having access to a washing machine. Everything was very clean and well organized. We liked how quickly and easily we could enter the apartment after a long day of walking around in Vienna. There are good supermarkets and lots of other shops nearby easily accessible on a pedestrian street. Another plus is the short walking distance to the train station.

There was quite a lot of building activity going on nearby which made it a bit difficult to get around in some directions. The neighborhood is not the most interesting. The street was relatively quiet during the day but there was some noise from outside during the night so we couldn't have the windows open. That wasn't a problem in June but might be when the weather gets even warmer.

Good location and clean

We liked the location of the apartment as it is near the train station plus also there are a lot of supermarkets near the area. Overall the location is pretty convenient. On the other hand, most of the things are provided by the apartment such as kitchen tools, laundry stuff, etc…

The beds and the pillows are too soft and it makes it kind of hard to sleep well. Moreover, the door is really hard to lock both from the inside and the outside.

Nice apartment

Plenty of room. Apartment had everything you could want to use for cooking. Clean and super easy 8nstructi9ns to access property.

Lugging two heavy suitcases, we found the location a bit far from the station. Also the apartment is on ground floor which was great for us but if you opened a window for fresh air people would be able to look straight into the room.

Nice stay with friends

Especially we liked the sofa in the salon. I was a little woried about the comfort of sleeping but it has a mattress like a normal bed. We really love it. Also, the apartament has everything - tea, sugar etc.

Great value for money in working class neighborhood near train station.

Close to train and subway stations. Reasonably quiet even with construction across the street. Great value for what you got (entire apartment with kitchen/living room, bedroom and washing machine). Easy to check in and out. Communication good with the host.

Useful to have instruction on how to use the washing machine in multiple languages. Would recommend that some laundry detergent be provided. No dryer but there is a laundromat on corner. While overall cleanliness was ok. cleanliness could be improved. We would suggest a deep clean be performed (e.g.,floor a little gritty, underside of rugs were dirty, some mold in shower).
